We also welcome experienced sub-contractors to fill out our questionnaire. Our sub-contractors can expect steady work, timely payment, and company support. We require all sub-contractors to have a minimum of 6 years experience in their field, carry General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation. All mechanical sub-contractors must have valid State of Ohio Licenses. References may also be required and we may request to visit a previous job to check quality of work.
